Speakids uygulamasına hoş geldiniz. Bu uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyun.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Speakids, çocuklara yönelik dil ve konuşma eğitimi sağlayan bir uygulamadır. Uygulama interaktif alıştırmalar, hikâyeler ve eğitim içerikleri sunar.

2. Hizmetin Kullanımı

  • Uygulamanın herhangi bir kısmını kopyalamak, değiştirmek, dağıtmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak yasaktır.
  • Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve cihazınıza erişimi kısıtlamaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Speakids yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için tasarlanmıştır.

3. Ödemeler ve Abonelikler

  • Speakids abonelik temelli bir erişim sunar. Ödemeler Paddle aracılığıyla güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
  • Abonelikler, iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.

4. İade Politikası

  • Satın alma işleminden sonra 14 gün içinde iade talep etme hakkınız vardır.
  • Bu süre içinde dijital içeriği kullanmadıysanız veya erişmediyseniz, tam iade sağlanır.
  • Satın aldıktan hemen sonra Speakids'i kullanmaya başlamanız durumunda, açıkça onay verdiğiniz için cayma hakkınızı kaybedebilirsiniz.
  • Satın alma işlemlerinizle ilgili iade talepleriniz için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

5. Fesih

Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz veya hizmeti yasa dışı şekilde kullanmanız halinde erişiminiz askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

6. Sorumluluk

Speakids "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır ve hiçbir garanti verilmez. Dolaylı ya da sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.

7. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar, Türkiye yasalarına tabi olacaktır.

2. Use of Service

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your device.
  • Speakids is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Speakids offers subscription-based access. Payment is handled securely via Paddle.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

  • You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have not used or accessed the digital content during this period, a full refund will be provided.
  • By starting to use Speakids immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that your right to withdraw may be lost.
  • For any refund requests regarding your purchase, please contact us.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service unlawfully.

6. Liability

Speakids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
